Tom Pettit

Global Lead, Customer Success at XCHANGING PLC

Tom Pettit is president of the Americas Region for DXC Technology. He is responsible for driving market and business growth, and for coordinating operations in this region.

Tom previously served as vice president and general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, he served as a senior leader for Accenture's Health and Public Service business and on Accenture’s Global Leadership Council. He led a team that helped companies and governments deliver business transformation through the innovative use and integration of the company’s services in the strategy, technology, digital and operations areas. Concurrently, Tom served as the quality and risk lead for Health and Public Service North America. By driving quality programs and monitoring and managing the risk profile of the overall business, he contributed to improving business predictability and profitability, which had a direct and material impact to the bottom line. Prior to that, Tom was responsible for leading Accenture’s $2B+ North America BPO business with over 25,000 employees. Under his leadership, the team delivered consistent profit improvement and double-digit growth over a 5-year period.

Tom brings a passion for innovation. He has incubated and launched new services across Europe, Asia and the Americas. These services have tapped into nascent market demands and matured to the extent that they are now common in the global industry.

Tom honed his leadership skills as a captain in the United States Marines Corps, which proved an invaluable experience in inspiring, collaborating and motivating teams. He served proudly for seven years, across multiple theaters including Operation Desert Storm in both Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and tours in Japan and Korea.

Tom received a degree in Business from the University of Arizona.
