Shashank Malkoti

Shashank Malkoti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Xclaymation since December 2020, Shashank architects efficient business operations, develops policies to enhance company culture, and supervises executive performance. Additionally, Shashank has been the Director of Operation & HR at Malcoti & Associates Catering Services (P) Ltd. since May 2001, overseeing hospitality services for over 18,000 workers across more than 10 client sites in India.
