Graham Sims has over 25 years of experience in sales and business development. Graham is currently working as the Global Sales Director at XConnect since June 2019. Prior to this, Graham was the Managing Director at G T S Consulting from April 2018 to August 2019. Graham also worked as a Consultant at Penthera from August 2018 to January 2019. From May 2014 to March 2018, Graham held the position of VP Sales/Territory Director at Amino Communications, where they successfully secured major contracts, developed strategic business plans, and launched new product lines in multiple territories. Graham also worked as the Sales and Business Development Director at AirTies Wireless Networks from May 2011 to April 2014, where they managed key accounts and significantly grew the business. Before that, Graham served as the UK&I Retail Channel Manager at Buffalo Technology, where they effectively managed key accounts and drove a significant increase in turnover. Graham started their career as the UK Sales Manager at Atari and later worked as the Senior Sales Manager at Gem Distribution Ltd.

From 1990 to 1992, Graham Sims attended North West Kent College, where they earned a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance with distinction.
