Txikia Hernandez-Morales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic operations, product development, and account management in the technology and cruise line sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Xcontrol since September 2013, Txikia focuses on defining the company’s strategic direction and aligning product design with market trends. Previous roles at Xcontrol include Vice President of Strategy & Product Development, where Txikia launched the XDining Event Booking solution, achieving significant market penetration, and Executive Account Manager, overseeing major cruise line accounts and driving substantial profit growth. Earlier, Txikia founded TekStudy, developing a fitness center management system, and served as a Deployment & Operations Engineer at AT&T Mobility, specializing in telecommunications technology for cruise lines.
