Carlos Latorre

Carlos Latorre is an experienced professional with a robust background in requirements analysis and capabilities management. Currently serving as a Requirements Analyst at X Corp Solutions, Inc., since January 2022, Carlos has previously held several key roles, including Capabilities Analyst Specialist at the Marine Corps Combat Development Center from August 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included project management and stakeholder liaison. Carlos also served as Current Operations Chief for the United States Marine Forces Europe Africa and as Air Base and Ground Defence Specialist and Supervisor at Marine Wing Support Squadron 271.
