Vladimir Lazarev

Vladimir Lazarev is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in developing and managing financial service products. Currently serving as Head of Development at xDataGroup since December 2022, Vladimir is responsible for the creation of a new internet banking platform and the establishment of effective development processes. Previously, at Swedbank Estonia from April 2008 to December 2022, Vladimir held several roles including Team Manager, System Architect, and Senior Software Developer, contributing to the enhancement of critical internet banking services and the modernization of technology stacks. Early career experience includes software development roles at HireRight and Profit Software Ltd, with a focus on background screening systems and insurance platforms, respectively. Vladimir holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Tallinn University of Technology (2014-2017).
