Moo Sung Chae

Moo Sung Chae has extensive work experience in the field of design engineering. Moo Sung is currently working as an Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer at X Display Company (XDC), starting in March 2023. Prior to this, Moo Sung was employed as a Senior Principal Design Engineer at Cadence Design Systems from March 2016 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Principal Design Engineer at Micron Technology from October 2010 to February 2016. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Engineer at Silicon Image from March 2010 to October 2010. Moo Sung also has experience as a Graduate Researcher at UC Santa Cruz from September 2005 to February 2010, and as an Engineer at Samsung Electronics from February 2000 to January 2005.

Moo Sung Chae earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz, starting in 2005 and completing in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, starting in 1998 and finishing in 2000. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, Seoul National University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
