Jeff Price

Jeff Price currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Dyad, a position held since September 2024, where leadership of the Finance function is provided for a rapidly growing private equity-backed software and payments company. Previously, Price held the role of VP of FP&A at Nextech Systems from October 2022 to September 2024, and VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at SambaSafety from January 2018 to October 2022, where significant growth in revenue and EBITDA was achieved. Prior to these roles, Price managed various finance-related positions across multiple companies, including SurveyGizmo, Kaiser Permanente, and Yahoo!, gaining extensive experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and operational finance. Price holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach.
