HaiBin Lei is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in optical technology and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Active Optical Product Business Unit at XDK GROUP since October 2020, HaiBin prioritizes customer feedback and drives innovation in optical-electrical technology. Previously, HaiBin held significant roles at Cosemi Technologies Inc. and Volex, including Deputy General Manager and Director of Product Engineering, where responsibility encompassed managing R&D for fiber optical products and collaborating on high-speed modules. With a solid foundation in R&D management from a tenure at TE 中国 and earlier roles at The Siemon Company and ShangHai FOCI Ltd., HaiBin has successfully led product design and engineering initiatives throughout a diverse career. HaiBin holds a Bachelor of Science in Optical Technology and Photoelectronics Instruments from Wuhan University.
