Rich Mavers

Richard Mavers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group CEO and Founder of XDNA GROUP since November 2022, Richard has also held the position of Managing Director at RCM Management Consulting since February 2018. Previously, Richard was the Group CEO and Founder of xDNA Digital Agency Inc. for nearly four years and served as Director at Pike + Bambridge for a brief period in 2019. Richard's marketing expertise includes roles as Chief Marketing Officer at novacare | recruit and EcoRenew Group, and a significant tenure at Redeem PLC where responsibilities included defining the group's marketing and eCommerce strategy. Additional experience includes positions at Digital River, Aspen Re, and Telefónica Europe plc. Richard holds a Postgraduate Diploma in IT with Management and a BSc in Media Technology from the University of the West of Scotland.
