Kaushal Parekh

Kaushal Parekh is the current Associate Director of Client Services at XDuce. Parekh has over five years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Kaushal began their career as a Service Delivery Specialist at eTeam Inc. in August 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing recruiting support for a variety of clients in the IT industry. In August 2017, Parekh transferred to SoftNice Inc. where they took on the role of Delivery Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of 15 recruiters and a Team Lead for Healthcare Domain. Parekh helped streamline the process for Healthcare by discussing with the management and provided training and guidance to the team pertaining to healthcare recruiting. In January 2019, Parekh transferred to XDuce where they currently serve as the Associate Director of Client Services. In this role, Parekh is responsible for providing recruiting support for XDuce’s clients in the IT industry.

Kaushal Parekh has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education and a GDBA from National Institute of Management. Kaushal also has a HSC in Commerce from BHS ONGC.
