Benny Chan

CEO at XDynamics

Benny Chan has experience in the drone industry, serving as CEO of XDynamics Limited since 2015. At XDynamics, they led the development and marketing of drones with impressive performance capabilities, including the creation of the world's smallest drone, Evolve. Benny built a strong R&D team of experts in aerial robotics, aerodynamics, flight control algorithms, computer vision, and imaging technology. Prior to their role at XDynamics, Benny served as COO at Yuneec USA Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Benny oversaw day-to-day operations and played a key role in product development and delivery, specializing in risk management, branding strategy, and networking. Notably, during their time at Yuneec, the company launched the Typhoon Q500, the world's first "ready-to-fly" drone, and E-GO, a smartphone-connected longboard, which received high demand from dealers and distributors worldwide. Benny takes pride in bringing innovative products to the best customers possible.

Benny Chan completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics degree at the University of Toronto from 1989 to 1993. Benny then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Iowa from 2012 to 2014. Later, Benny attended the Westcliff University DBA from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Doctorate Degree in Marketing and Business Management. In 2018, they also participated in the Innovation and Leadership Program at the MIT School of Engineering.

It is able to record 4K video at an astonishing 120 frames per second because to the Micro 4/3 CMOS sensor. The Astra m4/3 system produces superb professional-grade footage for still and moving pictures thanks to its outstanding low light capabilities, razor-sharp video clarity, and high resolution. With our aerospace technologies, Ambassador Program and Content such as our Drone Master Academy on YouTube, we are moving the drone industry into the future. This is a testament to our goal of providing value to the community and making drones accessible to all by providing expertise from practical understanding to insights into the more complex topics. Looking to the now and the future with our upcoming partial autonomous features in the drone such as obstacle avoidance. This will enhance the safety features as well as more efficient flight with our drones.
