Joan Dunne

Joan Dunne has worked in various roles in the sales and finance departments of several companies. Joan began their career in 1994 as a Finance Manager at Polycom, where they were responsible for completing the annual financial plan, driving the monthly revenue forecast process, and enhancing and maintaining the revenue forecasting system. Joan then moved to 2Wire in 2000, where they served as Director of Sales Operations. In this role, they were responsible for building company planning metrics and reporting structure, forecasting, deal desk, sales compensation and planning, business intelligence, sales tools & technology, sales enablement, customer success project management, GTM strategy, and M&A's. In 2009, they became the Operations Customer Manager at Palm Inc. and in 2011, they were promoted to Sr. Director of Sales Operations at Chargepoint. Most recently, they were appointed Head of Revenue Operations at Xeal in 2023.

Joan Dunne attended UC Santa Barbara, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management. Joan then went on to obtain their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
