Trevor Russo

Trevor Russo has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Trevor began their career as a Summer Staff at Young Life in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Corporate and Investment Banking Summer Intern at Societe Generale, where they gained knowledge about investment banking and the oil and gas sector. The following year, they served as an Accounting Intern at the International Justice Mission, where they organized expense reports, analyzed tax forms, and developed an understanding of financial operations in a non-profit organization. From 2015 to 2018, Trevor worked as a Senior Consultant at Protiviti, and during this time, they enhanced their skills and expertise in consulting. In 2018, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant and continued to expand their knowledge in this field until 2020. Most recently, Trevor became the COO and Co-Founder of Xebec in July 2020.
