Ashish Jhina

Ashish Jhina is the co-founder and COO of Jumbotail, a company that provides technology-enabled solutions for food and grocery businesses in India. Prior to Jumbotail, Ashish worked as a short-term consultant for Mountain Hazelnuts, where they developed an Android mobile phone based system to enable monitoring of hazelnut fields in remote mountainous villages in Eastern Bhutan. Ashish has also worked as a short-term consultant for JIE Technologies, where they identified opportunities in the Chinese commercial and municipal water/wastewater treatment market, and developed the company’s market strategy for green building products in China. In addition, Ashish has worked as a project leader for The Boston Consulting Group, and as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group. Ashish began their career as a summer intern for the Technical University of Denmark.

Ashish Jhina has a MS in Environment & Resources - Freshwater from Stanford University. Ashish also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Public Management Program. Lastly, they have a Dual Degree B.Tech & M.Tech in Biochemical Engineering & Biotechnology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
