Tako de Roode serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Xebia since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tako held the position of Market Director for Financial Services at Ordina from February 2020 to August 2023. Tako's extensive experience in the financial sector includes roles as Sales Director for Insurance and Branche Account Executive for Finance at Sogeti from October 2009 to January 2020, where responsibilities included business development for over 30 financial institutions and partnerships with technology providers. Previous positions also include Lead Account Executive for Finance at Netaspect B.V. and various sales management roles at Sogeti Nederland B.V., Capgemini, Delta Lloyd, and Zwitserleven. Tako holds a Master's degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Informatica from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
