Mario Verbruggen

Mario Verbruggen has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in software testing. Currently serving as an R&D Advanced Expert at Xeikon Manufacturing NV since 2007, Mario has also contributed as a Test Architect at VITSOL from November 2023 to April 2024, where a test framework for a critical communication application was implemented. Previous roles include R&D Assistant at PunchGraphix International and Process Engineer at Punch Engineering. Mario’s career began at AGFA-Gevaert NV as an Engineer in Digital Printing Technology. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg and multiple certifications in software testing, including ISTQB Advanced Level and Foundation Level. Additionally, Mario has a background in classical music, having studied at Academie Muziek Woord Dans.
