Klaus Straub is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and automotive sectors. Since October 2020, Klaus has served as CEO and Co-Founder of xelerate.tech and CEO and Founder of exadit GmbH. In addition, Klaus has been a Member of the Supervisory Board at Bechtle since May 2023 and previously held advisory roles at Reply and Zscaler. Notably, Klaus was CIO and Senior Vice President of BMW Group IT from April 2012 to October 2020, where Klaus led the agile transformation and focused on enhancing in-house software development. Earlier career roles included positions at Audi AG, SiemensVDO, and Daimler, showcasing a strong background in organizational development and IT leadership. Klaus holds a Diplom in Maschinenbau from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
