Carla Redondo

Carla Redondo is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, recruitment, and consulting. Since April 2015, Carla has served as Jefe de RRHH at Xelere, focusing on the development and implementation of HR policies and processes, as well as talent recruitment. In addition to ongoing freelance consulting in HR since December 2014, Carla has held significant roles at Baufest from January 2008 to November 2014, where responsibilities included leading sourcing and recruiting efforts. Early career experience includes administrative roles in HR at Cipac SRL and as a receptionist at Inmobiliaria Global Prop. Carla holds a Licenciatura en Relaciones del Trabajo from the University of Buenos Aires.
