Eric Briese

Eric Briese is an accomplished Backend Software Engineer currently employed at Xelix since June 2025. Previously, Eric served as a Senior Software Engineer and POD Lead at Midnight Health from January 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team, maintaining a clinical platform, and managing project execution. Eric’s career also includes positions at Boeing Defence Australia, where various software solutions were prototyped, and early roles in software engineering and leadership within student organizations. Eric holds a Bachelor of IT (Computer Science) with Distinction and a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology, completing studies in 2019.
