Jurij Silecky

Jurij Silecky has extensive experience in quality assurance and management roles in various pharmaceutical and analytical service companies. Jurij is currently the Director of Quality Assurance at Xellia Pharmaceuticals, where they oversee quality control processes. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager and Lead Quality Systems Engineer at the same company. Jurij also served as a Quality Management Consultant at Aviragen Therapeutics and Ethicon, where they were responsible for implementing quality systems and managing laboratory operations. In addition, Jurij held leadership positions at Avomeen Analytical Services, ICS Laboratories, Consumer Testing Laboratories, West Analytical Services, and Monarch Analytical Laboratories, where they managed teams and implemented quality improvement initiatives.
