Mie Hansen

Mie Hansen is an experienced professional in organizational effectiveness and learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Xellia Pharmaceuticals since October 2019. Previously, Mie held leadership roles at Pandora, where responsibilities included designing leadership development programs and facilitating various workshops, and at LEGO Group, focusing on onboarding and internal training organization.
