Judith Zwaan RC

Judith Zwaan RC has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they were Finance Director at ZetaDisplay B.V. In 2020, they were Manager Internal Control at DAF Trucks NV, where they were responsible for optimizing the Internal Control process, including ESG controls and reporting, and initiating an ERM project. From 2014-2022, they were Executive Team Trainer at Stam & Zwaan Trainingen, where they developed and provided unique and effective team development trajectories, as well as training in personal development, communication, and work happiness. From 2004-2013, they were Director Audit, Compliance & Risk Management ai, Compliance & Risk Manager, and Manager Financial Controlling & Analysis at Van Neerbos Bouwmarkten. In 2014, they were a Reisreidster - skireizen at Dynamic Holland. From 2007-2022, they were a Universitair docent BIV IC at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. From 2003-2022, they were Business controller at Autobinck Holding N.V. Finally, from 2001-2022, they were Finance manager at Renault Nissan Lease, where they were responsible for merging the financial departments of Overlease and Nissan Lease, and implementing a new ERP system.

Judith Zwaan RC began their education in 1992, studying RA at Nyenrode Business University until 1999. After that, they attended TIAS School for Business and Society from 2002 to 2004, where they earned their RC EMFC in Controlling. In addition to their formal education, Judith has obtained several certifications, including Mediator - MfN basisopleiding from The Lime Tree - Mediation & Training in June 2022, Lean SixSigma Green Belt from UPD - Join the Spark* in October 2019, Systemisch teamtrainer from ICM opleidingen & trainingen in October 2019, and Kynologisch gedragsdeslundige from Aeres Training Centre Barneveld in June 2012.
