Darwyn Ricardo

Darwyn Ricardo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and consulting, currently serving as Lead Consultant at Xelvin since October 2020. Previously, Darwyn worked at USG Engineering NL from November 2018 to August 2020 in various roles, including Consultant for Hightech & Manufacturing and Recruiter for the same sector, where responsibilities encompassed the end-to-end recruitment process. Earlier career experiences include a marketing internship at Catawiki, where support was provided to the marketing department, and a series of roles in logistics and retail. Darwyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hanze University and has completed a Growth Hacking Traineeship at B. Startup School Amsterdam.
