Rick Louwers

Rick Louwers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and support roles. Currently serving as a Backoffice Manager at Xelvin since November 2019, Rick previously held significant positions at Heras from March 2013 to November 2019, including Team Manager Service Support, which focused on delivering customer-centric service to a prominent client base, and Sr. Business Supporter. Additionally, Rick co-founded Square Pixel Media and initiated Media Hulp Nu, aimed at enhancing small and medium-sized enterprises' presence through social media and promotional content. Prior experience includes work at Edutel BV in a servicedesk capacity and a role as a Host at Jumbo Supermarkten. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Economie en Rechten from Avans University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
