Jeremy Goldman

Jeremy Goldman's work experience includes serving as the COO (Fractional) and Director on the Board of Directors at Xemoto Media Ltd. since October 2023 and July 2021, respectively. Jeremy previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance at Sensei Labs from January 2020 to May 2023 and from June 2018 to January 2020, respectively. Jeremy also served as the COO/CFO at Kooltra from September 2015 to February 2016, a Director at Lakeside Minerals Corp. from February 2011 to April 2015, and a Partner, President, and Chief Compliance Officer at Foundation Markets Inc. from 2005 to March 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Shoplogix from January 2014 to November 2014, as the Director of Operations at Zero Attrition in 2002, and as the Director of Product Management and Marketing at BCE Emergis in 2000-2001.

Jeremy Goldman completed their education at Forest Hill Collegiate Institute from 1985 to 1990. Jeremy then attended Schulich School of Business - York University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from 1990 to 1994. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing from the same institution, which they completed from 1994 to 1995. Additionally, Jeremy obtained various certifications including the Canadian Securities Course in 1997, the CFA Charterholder in 2001, and the Partners, Directors, and Senior Officers Course from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2010.
