Aishwerya Sheela

Aishwerya Sheela has held numerous roles in the technology industry since 2011. Aishwerya began their career as a Frontend Developer at Wipro in 2011. In 2014, they moved to Lister Technologies as a Front End Associate and to Cognizant as an Associate, where they acted as a front end developer and analyzed business requirements. In 2016, they were promoted to Software Engineering Manager at Dassault Systèmes 3DEXCITE. Most recently, they have been a Senior Scrum Master at Xempus since 2021.

Aishwerya Sheela attended Rose mary Matriculation Higher Secondary School before furthering their education at Government College of Technology, Coimbatore where they obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Industrial Biotechnology in 2011. Aishwerya also holds a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in March 2022.
