Elisa Frey began their career in 2012 as an Intern in Personnel Development/Training with BMW Group. In 2013, they worked as a Student Employee in Personnel Development with Siemens, and then returned to BMW Group as an Intern in HR Management. In 2014, they worked as an Intern in Recruiting with Weber Car Consult, an Intern in Personnel and Organizational Development with Clarté, and as a Consultant with infologis. In 2017, they returned to BMW Group as a Project Manager in Personnel Development/Training and Controlling. In 2021, they moved to bao solutions as a Manager of Talents, and in 2022 they began working as a Senior HR-Manager with XEMPUS.

Elisa Frey attended Heidelberg University from 2006 to 2014, where they obtained a Magistra in Religionswissenschaft / Kunstgeschichte.
