Maria Knapp

Maria Knapp has had a varied and extensive work experience. Maria began their career in 2013 as a freelance demand marketing, marketing automation, and CRM consultant for their own company, Maria Knapp. Maria also worked as a freelance Senior Consultant for ec4u expert consulting ag from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they also took on freelance roles for Adobe, Red Hat, and Dassault Systèmes as a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, Web Strategy, and Demand Marketing Manager, respectively. In 2017, they took on a freelance role as a Senior CRM-Manager for Fidor Bank AG. From 2019 to present, Maria has been employed by Xempus, where they have held the roles of Head Of Customer Marketing, Principal Growth Marketing Manager, and Senior Digital Marketing Manager. In 2019, they also took a parental leave.

Maria Knapp obtained a Diplom in Business Psychology from Leuphana University of Lüneburg between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Product-Led Growth Certificate from ProductLed in January 2022, Aktives Zuhören: Empathie in der Kommunikation from Udemy: Online Courses in December 2021, Grundlagen des Onlinemarketings from Google Zukunftswerkstatt in April 2020, and a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2022.
