Niels Gutschmidt

Niels Gutschmidt is an experienced professional with a background in customer success and business development. Niels began their career in 2012 as the Leiter Multi Channel Couponing at PAYBACK. In 2018, they joined Xempus AG as the Head of Customer Success Broker and later moved into the role of Senior Business Development Manager.

Niels Gutschmidt attended the Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein from 1996 to 1999. In March 2021, they obtained a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
