Ralf Marschke

Ralf Marschke has worked in various roles in the past 16 years. Ralf began their career in 2006 at Shopping.com as a Manager Sales and Account-Manager. In 2010, they joined PayPal and held roles such as Director SMB Merchants, Head of Business Development, Head of Merchant Marketing and Senior Manager Merchant Acquisition and Engagement Marketing. In 2017, they moved to ERGO Direkt Versicherungen as VP Cooperations and is currently working at Xempus as Senior Vice President Customer & Growth since 2022.

Ralf Marschke holds a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) in International Management (BWL) from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW).
