Silvia Winkler

Silvia Winkler has extensive experience in project management and executive roles. Silvia has worked for Xempus since 2019, where they are currently the Director Project Management Office and Head of Project Management Office. In 2019, they also began working for Henley Business School as a Management Research Challenge for Executive MBA. From 2017 to 2015, Silvia worked for Encory GmbH, a joint venture of BMW Group and ALBA Group, as Regional Manager. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager for ERGO General Insurance in Greece from 2015 to 2013 and Deputy Department Head of the Board Office for Ergo China Life Insurance from 2013 to 2012. Silvia began their career in 2007 with ERGO Group AG as Country Manager Regional Management Greater China.

Silvia Winkler completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Henley Business School from 2017 to 2019 in the field of Flexible Executive MBA. From 2001 to 2006, they attended Universität Passau and obtained a Languages, Business and Cultural Studies (Diplom-Kulturwirtin Univ.) in Business Administration, English, and Chinese. From 2003 to 2004, they studied Chinese at Nanjing University.
