Simon Schoar

Simon Schoar has over 15 years of professional experience in software development. From 2002 to 2015, they held various roles in different companies. In 2002 and 2005, they worked as a Freelancer/Developer at ekkono GmbH. In 2005, they worked as a Freelancer/Developer at Ingenieurbuero Mueller, where they designed and implemented a heterogeneous client/server application for fleet tracking using real-time GPS positions. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Moconso Technologies GmbH as Head of Backend Development, where they were responsible for design and implementation of a social/skill gaming platform and whitelabel middleware solutions. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Blackberry/Scoreloop as Product Owner and Technical Project Manager, where they were responsible for porting the BlackBerry Messenger to Android and iOS. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been working at Xempus AG as VP Platform & Products and Product Owner.

Simon Schoar obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fachhochschule Darmstadt in 2003 and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same institution in 2005.
