Alexander Kayfetz-Gaum

Alexander Kayfetz-Gaum is an experienced operations and customer strategy professional currently serving as VP of Operations at XEN since June 2024. Prior to this role, Alexander held multiple leadership positions at Torch, including Sr. Director of Customer Strategy & Success and Director of Customer Strategy, where strategic customer initiatives were developed. At PINATA, responsibilities as Director of Operations included overseeing account management and customer support functions. Alexander also had a significant tenure at Everwise, beginning as a Business Analyst and progressing to Sr. Manager of Customer Success, where a customer success team was formed and scaled. Earlier experiences include paralegal work at Hafetz Necheles & Rocco, LLP, and various internships, including one at the US Treasury. Alexander graduated magna cum laude from Yale University in 2012 with a B.A. in Humanities.
