Ana (Anastasia) Kraft has a diverse work experience. Ana (Anastasia) began their career in 2010 with an Orientation Internship in Renewable Energies at Smirro GmbH. In 2013, they worked as a Quality Assurance & EHS Intern at Walter AG (Walter Tools). The following year, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at the same company. In 2015, Ana worked as a Project Management Consultant at Project Success Inc., as well as a Schedule Analyst / Project Coordinator. Additionally, they held the role of Projects Chair at Feeding Mouths, Filling Minds. In 2021, Ana took on the role of Membership Chair at Women in Manufacturing Wisconsin. Finally, in 2018, Ana founded and became the CEO of Xena Workwear, a company that designs and manufactures safety shoes and functional apparel for women in STEM and the Trades.

Ana Kraft attended Reutlingen University from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Project Engineering. In 2014, they also obtained a Basic Certificate in Project Management (GPM) from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement.
