Andrew Brock

Andrew Brock has a diverse work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Andrew started their career at Lonza in 2008 as a QA Specialist, focusing on ensuring product compliance with FDA and cGMP regulations. Andrew then joined Ajinomoto Althea, Inc. in 2011, where they served as a Sr. Manufacturing Assistant and later as a Sr. Manufacturing Associate - Lead. In these roles, they performed manufacturing duties, troubleshooted complex processes, and led customer-specific operations. In 2015, they joined Lonza Biologics as a Manufacturing Project Specialist and later became a Cell Therapy Supervisor. In 2016, they joined Althea, CMO as a Project Manager 1 and eventually became a Project Manager 2. Currently, they are working at Xencor as a Sr. Manager of CMC Operations and has recently been promoted to Associate Director of CMC Operations.

Andrew Brock obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
