Heather Gouvis Ms

Heather Gouvis has a wealth of experience in program and project leadership, primarily focused on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Their most recent position was as the Executive Director of Oncology Program Leadership and Alliance Management at Xencor since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Oncology Program Leadership and Alliance Management at Xencor from December 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their BS degree in Cellular, Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Maryland in 1995. In addition to their academic qualifications, Heather has also obtained the Project Management Professional certification.
