Sheryl Chen Phung

Sheryl Chen Phung is an experienced associate scientist currently serving as Associate Scientist 2 at Xencor since February 2011, with a focus on sample management. Prior to this role, Sheryl held positions including Associate Scientist 1 in assay development and bioanalytical development, and Research Associate III and II at Xencor. From June 2002 to February 2011, Sheryl worked at City of Hope National Medical Center as a Research Associate II, contributing to cancer research. Sheryl's earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Lab Support and as a Research Coordinator at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, also in cancer research. Sheryl holds a Masters in Biology from The City University of New York and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The City College of New York.
