Tariq Mirza

Tariq Mirza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate services. Currently serving as Senior Director of Group Corporate Services at Xenel Industries Co. Ltd. since June 2013, Tariq has held various leadership positions, including General Manager of Human Capital, Corporate Services, and IT at Xenel Industries Company Limited from June 2016 to March 2021. Prior to this, Tariq was the VP of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at the National Petrochemical Industrial Company from October 2008 to June 2013 and held several managerial roles in human resources at Zahid Tractor, HP, NCR Corporation, and Aircraft Accessories and Components Company. Tariq's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Heritage University and a high school diploma from Model Capital Institute in Riyadh.
