Brad Morian

Brad Morian is an accomplished leader in digital engineering and program management with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including aerospace and healthcare. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Engineering at X-energy, Brad previously held senior leadership roles at Sierra Space, leading the strategy and execution of advanced IT enterprise solutions, and at AimLock, overseeing program management and enterprise functions. As a co-founder and COO of Gemini Pediatric Therapy, Brad successfully transitioned operations to online therapy during COVID-19. Brad's earlier career includes significant roles at Elbit Systems of America, where strategic planning and business development were key focuses, and at Parker Hannifin, managing military and aerospace markets. Brad holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA from Spring Arbor University.
