Coke M.

Coke M. is a highly experienced mechanical engineer currently serving as the Lead of Mechanical Engineering at X-energy since May 2022, overseeing the design of innovative components for the Xe-100's Fuel Handling System. Previously, Coke held the role of Lead for CAD Integration, where responsibilities included developing 3D models and drafting components essential for the Xe-100's main power systems, authoring CAD guidelines, and establishing release workflows. Prior internships and research roles include a position at Push Product Design, where Coke collaborated on a portable ergometer design, and several roles at the University of Virginia that involved materials preparation and the management of 3D printing operations. Coke's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from the University of Virginia.
