Edward Sonnenschein

Edward Sonnenschein has a distinguished career spanning several decades in the legal and business sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Pequot Yacht Club Foundation, Quantum Space, LLC, and X-energy, as well as holding the position of Vice Chairman at IBX, LLC, Edward also serves as a Management Committee Member for Latham & Watkins VP Funds since 2004, where responsibilities include organizing and guiding venture capital and private equity funds. Edward's previous role as a Partner at Latham & Watkins from 1979 to 2021 involved building leadership teams and expanding practices in various sectors, including private equity and energy infrastructure. Edward holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from Harvard University.
