Milan Hanuš

Milan Hanuš is a seasoned professional in nuclear software engineering with extensive experience at X-energy since October 2020, currently serving as Manager of Nuclear Software Engineering. Responsibilities include managing the development and maintenance of the XSTERM software and establishing software development workflows, documentation, and training materials. Previous roles included Software Development Lead and Source Term Analyst, focusing on integrated mechanistic source term analysis. Prior to X-energy, Milan held various academic positions at Texas A&M University from March 2015 to September 2020, culminating in a Senior Lecturer role that involved lecturing, mentoring, and research publishing in nuclear science and engineering.
