Russell Winch

Russell Winch, P.E. currently serves as the Category Manager for Electrical - I&C at X-energy, overseeing major material and service agreements for complex categories and special projects. With extensive experience in nuclear systems engineering, Russell previously held roles at Bechtel Corporation as a Senior Control Systems Engineer and as the Owner/Vice President of Engineering at Spare Parts Depot Inc. In addition to engineering, Russell has a longstanding commitment to public service, having been elected multiple times as a Town Commissioner for Walkersville, Maryland, and serving in various roles on the Planning & Zoning Board. Russell is also an accomplished photographer and has a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Fellowship in Public Policy.
