Bill Goeller

Bill Goeller has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Bill currently serves as the Vice President of Project Management Infrastructure at Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Marriott International as the Director of Engineering from February 2010 to July 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Engineering at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort from 2006 to 2010. Bill also worked at Intrawest as an OE-Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they held various roles at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, including Director of Housekeeping Operations from 2002 to 2004 and Assistant Director of Engineering from 2000 to 2002.

Bill Goeller completed their undergraduate education from 1989 to 1991 at the University of North Florida, earning a Bachelor of Technology degree in Construction Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including being a Certified General Contractor by the State of Florida in 1992. In 2018, they became a Certified Food Safety Manager through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP), and in 2017, they achieved the status of Certified Master Project Manager from the AAPM ® American Academy of Project Management ®.
