Joseph Johnson

Joseph Johnson is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Xenia Hotels & Resorts. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. and CNL Healthcare Properties, Inc. from August 2011 to May 2015. Joseph has also held the position of SVP & Chief Accounting Officer at CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. from January 2005 to August 2011, as well as VP of Financial Reporting at CNL Hotels & Resorts from January 2001 to December 2005. Joseph Johnson began their career in 1997 as a Senior Accountant Audit at KPMG US and held that position until 2000.

Joseph Johnson received a BSBA in accounting from the UCF College of Business. Joseph then went on to receive their masters in accounting from the same school.

They are on a team with Barry Bloom - President and Chief Operating Officer, Atish Shah - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Joseph Johnson reports to Marcel Verbaas, Chairman & CEO.
