Andrew Laba

Andrew Laba PMP has extensive work experience in project management, team leadership, technical support, and sales. Andrew started their career at Sabatini Lawn and Landscape, where they served as a Foreman, managing a small team and overseeing various landscaping projects. Andrew then moved on to Presperse, Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Communications Coordinator and Samples Coordinator. In these positions, they collaborated with sales and marketing teams, managed databases, planned advertising calendars, and improved workflow processes.

Next, Andrew joined Aflac as a Benefit Consultant, where they obtained a license to sell health and accident insurance and conducted cold calls and visits to schedule presentations for employers and employees. Andrew then worked at Jam Promotions as a Sales Associate, where they learned sales techniques, demonstrated and sold products, and managed promotional booths at Sam's Club and Costco.

Andrew's most recent position was with Xenial, a cloud-based restaurant management platform. Here, they served as a Project Manager, responsible for coordinating over 100 pilot projects for various technologies. Andrew collaborated with software development teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Team Lead and Chef Specialist at the same company, managing teams, updating training material, and installing and training staff on the Chef system.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and has consistently delivered results in their roles.

Andrew Laba PMP completed their Bachelor of Science in Technical Management at DeVry University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued Civil and Construction Engineering Technology at Temple University from 2003 to 2007. In 2022, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Training Institute (PMTI). Additionally, they hold additional certifications such as the Business Research Certificate from Bucks County Community College and the Social Media Marketing Certificate from Rockhurst University, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
