Cristian Eusebiu Frandes has extensive work experience in the IT industry, with a focus on customer and technical support. Cristian Eusebiu started their career at Bimos-Prod SRL in 2001 as an IT Support Technician, where they worked until 2006. Cristian Eusebiu then joined Nis Electronics SRL as an IT Support Technician from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they worked as an Office Clerk at Redemco Promotions Inc.
In 2012, Cristian joined Logiciel Posera Inc as a Team Leader, Service & Support. Cristian Eusebiu later transitioned to the role of Customer Support Supervisor within the same company until 2017.
Since 2017, Cristian has been working at Xenial – Cloud Based Hospitality Management Platform. Cristian Eusebiu initially held the position of Customer Support Supervisor, and later became the Technical Support Team Lead. As of March 2022, they are currently an Associate Software Developer at Xenial.
Cristian Eusebiu Frandes pursued a Web Programming Diploma from Concordia University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an A.E.C degree in Network Administration from Herzing College during the period of 2010-2011. In addition, they received the CompTIA A+ CE certification from CompTIA in April 2011.
