Paola Peguero-Harris

Paola Peguero-Harris has a diverse work experience in various roles. Paola began their career as a Classroom Instructor at Boston Collegiate Charter School from August 2015 to July 2017. Later, they worked at Charlotte Lab School as a Teacher Leader from August 2019 to July 2020, where they acted as a liaison between stakeholders and coached world language teachers. From August 2020 to April 2022, Paola worked as a Professional Development Leader at Myers Park High School, overseeing team projects and managing budgets. Currently, they are employed at Xenial, a cloud-based hospitality management platform, as a Business Analyst starting from April 2022. In this role, they lead meetings with stakeholders to gather business requirements, creates and organizes deliverables in Jira, and facilitates interactions across internal teams.

Paola Peguero-Harris completed their education in a chronological sequence. Paola began their educational journey in 2010 by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Boston College, which they completed in 2014. Following this, in 2014, they enrolled in the Boston College Lynch School, where they obtained their Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2015. In 2019, Paola decided to further their education by attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they pursued a Post Masters Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, which they completed in 2020.
