Antony Watson

Antony Watson's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. Antony started their career as an Executive Sales Representative at Airborne Express in 2000. From there, they worked as a Major Account Executive at DHL Express until 2005. Antony then joined US Surgical as an Executive Device Specialist, where they represented a full line of endomechanical surgical devices. In 2012, they moved to Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group, first as a Regional Manager for the Mountain West region and later as the West Coast Region Manager for Medtronic Health Systems Advantage. In 2016, Antony joined Medtronic - Integrated Health Solutions, Americas as the Western Region Manager. In 2018, they founded their own company called AllOuter, where they served as the Owner, designing and marketing outdoor gear and apparel. Antony also worked as the Global VP - Sales and Marketing at Through The Cords and as an Accelerator Company Leader at MedTech Innovator in 2019 and 2021, respectively. Most recently, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Xenocor in 2019. Additionally, Antony served as an NSF I-Corps Industry Mentor at Robossis in 2022.

Antony Watson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the Medical Device Industry field at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2004 to 2007.
